Indoor spaces 5X8 – includes 6ft table and 2 chairs, no table cover $75.00
Outdoor spaces 5X8 – vendor provides own table and chairs, NO CANOPIES – this space is totally covered and on concrete. $50.00
Set up 8am-9:45 with take down 3-4. All spaces will be numbered, please check in at the table at the entrance to the event area, upon arrival for your space number and location. ELECTRIC is only available to 6 spaces, if you don’t need it please don’t request as there may be others needing it for medically related purposes. Access to power will be available to recharge phones and other devices.
Loading/Unloading and vendor parking is on the west side of the building for indoor spaces.
Loading/Unloading for outdoor spaces is behind the main cafeteria building via the driveway on the west side of the building
ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING OR SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AS PER SVPSD REGULATIONS! Standard rules and regulations also apply as specified on the website.
Cancellation/Refund Policy – Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the event date – full refund, after that – NO REFUND. NO TRANSFERS. If you are unable to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the event to allow for wait list vendors to be notified.
Vendors are responsible for their own taxes/license requirements, an AZ state business license is REQUIRED where applicable, see our FAQ page for more details.
Show sponsors will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, or theft of any kind. It is recommended that all vendors obtain general liability/product insurance for their own business.
If you wish to share a space or set up next to another specific vendor, this must be requested in advance and indicated on your application in the special requests section.
We can not guarantee exclusive products, however, we will try not to set like vendors close to each other. Be very detailed in describing what you will be selling for this reason. If you are representing a company — be sure to name the company. Ex. Paparazzi Jewelry, not just Jewelry.
Unless there is a conflict, your application is approved and your emailed receipt is confirmation.
Please be sure to bring your own change as we will not have funds for this purpose available, and any other display materials you may need. Keep in mind that all displays must fit in your designated area.
If you will be using electricity, you must bring your own commercial-grade cord and tape to secure neatly to the floor.
No open flames are allowed! Please leave pets at home.
