Boutique will held on Ft Huachuca at the Main Exchange Mall (Building 52030, Fort Huachuca). The Boutique will run 6 days – July 12th thru July 17th. Hours are 9-5 daily and 11-4 on Sunday.
Fee will be $100.00 and is due by June 28th to secure you a spot.
There will also be a small 10% of sales commission charged by Aafes for rent.
Vendor will be notified when of drop off times for merchandise. Vendors without post access will need to obtain a visitors pass from the Van Deman Gate Visitors Center. Bring proof of insurance and registration and allow 15-30 minutes for a background check.
This will be set up as a regular storefront with a central check out. Vendors NEED NOT BE PRESENT to participate although we ask that you work the store at least one 4 hour shift if possible, as we prefer not to have to hire someone if we don’t need to, we’d rather spend the money on advertising.
Cancellation/Refund Policy – Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the event date – full refund, 3 weeks prior 1/2 refund, after entry deadline date – NO REFUND. Fees CANNOT be transferred to any other event.
Vendors are responsible for their own taxes/license requirements, an AZ state business license is REQUIRED where applicable, see our FAQ page on our website for more details.
Show sponsors will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or theft.
In order to keep fees reasonable a limited amount of paid advertising will be purchased for the event. Therefore, we ask that all vendors please make copies of the flyer on our website and distribute it in as many locations as possible. Please get permission before posting flyers anywhere other than designated community bulletin boards, we don’t want to anger potential customers.
Electricity is VERY LIMITED. Please bring your own power strips/cords labeled with your name for any merchandise requiring electricity.
Vendors do not need to bring displays. All displays will be limited to wall shelving provided by Cochise Crafters.
